Please be advised that a $25.00 non-refundable tryout fee will be required at the first tryout. Cash/check will be accepted on April 18. 

Attendance is required at a minimum of two tryouts. Participation at all three tryouts is recommended. If players cannot attend two, a medical note signed by a doctor is the only exception. 

Players who intend to play on a Center State House team in the fall are not required to tryout. This is for travel team tryouts only.

Note:  Any player who did not play for Center State in the 2014-2015 season will need a release from their current organization in order to participate in tryouts.
