CSYHA will be updating its uniforms for the 2016-2017 season and players will be asked to complete uniform orders as part of their current seasons registration.  The cost of the uniform is $165.00 for the current year and include both home and away jerseys as well as game socks. 

Players will be asked on the Player Profile page to provide data for the order and once your registration is submitted your order will be placed.  On the Player Profile page the registrant will select jersey size and sock size to select their Jersey size, sock size as well as jersey number options. Players must submit 5 numbers as CSYHA will work to ensure that players have no number overlap for birthyear +/- one year to account for the following season mixes of players.  

Players will be responsible for your jerseys and the intent is that players can reuse their jerseys from year to year assuming they are not outgrown or damaged.   

The first uniform order was placed in early August and the second order will be submitted near the end of August 2016.  Our final order will be placed in the October time frame to account for late registrants.
