Board Elections
Message from the President on 2016 Board Elections!
Recently at the February board meeting the nominations for Center State Youth Hockey board positions were announced. Of the positions that were open and requiring a nomination, all but President - Elect, received a single nomination. The Scheduler and Secretary positions currently have a year remaining on their terms.
With there being no contested races, the Secretary was empowered to enter a sin gle vote to elect the nominated individuals. All terms will be for two years per the by-laws. All terms will commence June 1, 2015. The results of the elections are as follow:
- President - Rod Ives
- President-elect : vacant
- Treasurer - Jorge Rodriguez
- Registrar - Kristina Rodriguez
- Fundraising Director – Stacey Snogles
- Concession Director - Alysa Avgenikos
- Tournament Director - Linda Scholl
- Director of Officals - Matt White
- Director of Youth Hockey - Rob Hameline ( this position is appointed in agreement between SUNY Morrisville Ice Plex and CSYH).
Currently, the position of Secretary is held by Julia Clarke and Jason Lawrence serves as Scheduler.
The position of President-Elect may be filled in accordance with the association's by-laws. An individual maybe presented to the President for appointment and with approval of a 2/3 majority of the current board. The term of any appointment shall only last until the next general election.
